Listed below are some of the groups that Barry plays with currently. His musical interests are wide, so you have a variety of shows to enjoy. Be sure and check them out at one of their live performances. A good time is assured for all!
Wolf Hill Band
The Wolf Hill Band is the most recently- assembled of Barry’s groups. The repertoire is focused primarily on his original compositions, many of which appear on his breakthrough album The Awakening. The band features many of the finest players in the area, including Sarah Miller (vocals, percussion), Paul Racicot (Keyboards, vocals), Peter Rzasa (pedal steel, harmonica, vocals), Mark Nevue (bass) and Clark Howell (drums). These folks all date back many miles, many years and many fun musical (and other) adventures. And many more ahead!

Time Stretchers Band
The Time Stretchers Band is known for unique song selection, dynamic playing, strong lead vocals by all members and also its intricate and impressive vocal harmonies. The repertoire
is an enjoyable mix of songs from many artists and many genres from the 50s to now!
They are constantly expanding the songlist, but frequently-featured artists include the Beatles, Linda Ronstadt, Tom Petty, Johnny Cash, Badfinger, The Pretenders, Steely Dan and many many more.
Audiences love the Time Stretchers selection of great songs that others may have forgotten about. The Time Stretchers love it when people say, “Oh! I love that song”! And it happens a lot!

Ravenwood String Band
Ravenwood String Band plays a unique variety of acoustic jazz, bluegrass, swing, originals and frequent surprise offerings. The lineup features Don Calsyn (fiddle, vocals), Sarah Miller (vocals and percussion), John Alphin (mandolin, vocals) Chet Fairchild (upright bass) and Barry Searle (guitar and vocals). This talented ensemble has played extensively throughout western Massachusetts since 2019.
Said a recent reviewer: "Ravenwood String Band is bluegrass/acoustic jazz by definition, but the particular flavor of this ensemble makes me wanna qualify it further. Actually, this music makes me want to holler out for joy and let it ring across the mountaintops. Donna Lee and the Crooked Ledge Band
Nashville recording artist Donna Lee has been enthralling audiences for over 25 years nationwide with over 2000 of her dynamic tribute shows to Patsy Cline, Fleetwood Mac, Loretta Lynn, John Prine, and Connie Francis to name but a few. She recently has also teamed with Barry Searle to co-headline a tribute to Emmylou Harris and Merle Haggard. Backed by the Crooked Ledge Band: Barry Searle (guitar, vocals), Clark Honeywell (bass, vocals), James Cote (drums), Joe Elliott (keyboards) and Joanne Dominic (vocals) Donna's shows always feature entertaining narratives and truly heartfelt performances which unite families and fans of all ages in powerful celebration of great American music and memory.
